First: dimensional accuracy, the journal is the main surface of the shaft parts, it affects the rotation accuracy and working status of the shaft. The diameter accuracy of the journal is usually IT6 to 9 according to its use requirements, and the precision journal can reach IT5.

Second: the geometric accuracy, the geometric accuracy of the journal (roundness, cylindricality) should generally be limited to the diameter tolerance point. When the geometric accuracy is required to a high degree, the allowable tolerances can be separately specified on the part drawing.

Third: The machining position and accuracy mainly refer to the coaxiality of the mating journal of the assembly transmission part relative to the supporting journal of the assembly bearing, which is expressed by the radial circular runout of the mating journal to the supporting journal; The use requirements stipulate that the high-precision shaft is 0.001 to 0.005mm, and the general precision shaft is 0.01 to 0.03mm. In addition, there is the coaxiality of the inner cylindrical surface and the perpendicularity requirements of the axial positioning end face and the axial line.

Fourth: Surface roughness. Depending on the surface working part of the part, there may be different surface roughness values. For example, the surface roughness of the spindle bearing journal of an ordinary machine tool is Ra0.16 ~ 0.63um, which matches the surface roughness of the journal. The degree is Ra0.632.5um. As the machine's operating speed increases and precision increases, the surface roughness requirements of shaft parts will also become smaller and smaller.
